Having gone from being in the best shape of my life to being 50 pounds overweight, physically inactive and deteriorating discs in my neck I needed to turn that around. I was introduced to Wing Po. Her training, knowledge and attention to how the body reacts and responds to exercise, was critical to me. In a year, I have strengthened my neck, core, arms and legs along with losing 14 pounds. I am a dancer, so lower body stability, core strength, and coordination are essential to me. Wing Po provides training programs based on my dancing needs and goals. After training with Wing Po, I could clearly feel improvements in my stability, explosiveness, balance, and endurance while dancing. It also helped reduce physical strain caused by weak muscle support.
Wing Po’s clear communication and demonstrations helped me understand each exercise properly, including how to use the right muscles, instead of just copying the movements. When it comes to explaining muscle engagement or breaking down the purpose of each exercise, she always explains things in a way that is easy to understand, even for beginners.
